Coordinated
Equipment Management Solutions:
Although we are not primarily a gage calibration lab, DQI
has a partners network of leading industry specialized metrology
labs and can seamlessly coordinate their efforts.
These companies are the very best in their fields and pride
themselves on perfect service. For example, we work closely
with the finest gage block/dimensional laboratory on the east
coast. Let us be your "go to" resource for metrology
applications.
If we can't directly add value to a particular application,
we will point you to someone who can. Dynamic Quality's years
of industry experience and insider knowledge of the metrology
community can save valuable time and money by empowering you
to go directly to the best specialists for your application,
instead of bouncing your equipment around the country, with
each middleman adding exorbitant mark-up to the true calibration

On-site Metrology:
Dynamic Quality can provide a trained metrologist in your
facility full or part time to assist with calibrations, development
of procedures, all aspects of developing a metrology program,
or maintaining and improving an existing program.
The ever-popular "rent-a-tech" service: We supply
trained onsite QC or calibration technicians for incoming
or product inspection, using your equipment and procedures.
Personnel are guaranteed to be intelligent, knowledgeable
and articulate.
Thermal mapping of temperature chambers:
We provide a thermal image of the chamber with NIST traceable
equipment that shows overshoot, 3-D point-to-point temperature
uniformity, and overall performance. We can provide and execute
a GMP IQOQPQ protocol for a blood storage refrigerator, or
QS9000 approved thermocouple survey for a 1400 Deg C industrial
furnace. Whatever the size or use of the chamber, we provide
our customers with complete time-stamped data for a certification
that has real value.
Software
Solutions:
We can provide a simple, stable and easy to use asset tracking
and calibration DB program that meets all applicable standards
requirements. Ideal for an in-house QC program that doesn't
have the scope or the budget for one of the big high-dollar
calibration software packages. This software is perfectly
scaleable, validated, and extremely cost-effective, in part
because it takes advantage of existing platforms such as MS
Access, and work already completed by DQI.
Uncertainty Analysis:
Dynamic Quality can provide a 17025 uncertainty budget using
a simple, clarified method based on the N.I.S.T. "Guide
to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" in a
presentation guaranteed to not only satisfy, but impress your
17025/QS-9000 auditor.
Additionally, this service includes training on our methodology,
and free software.
The goal is for your personnel to have this expertise, and
for your company to retain ownership of the process, so that
you are not dependent on outside resources for future audits.
