Metrology/Calibration

DQI performs thousands of on-site NIST traceable calibrations a year at our customers’ facilities. We provide documentation of each measurement to meet FDA or other regulatory requirements.

We are experienced in the calibration of temperature instrumentation, clean room controls and monitors (including Johnson Controls and Siemens), pressure instrumentation, humidity monitors, environmental chambers, freezers, autoclaves, spectrophotometers and most other process and analytical equipment.

Our primary focus for many of our pharmaceutical clients is to enable the customer to meet the calibration documentation requirements of regulatory or partner auditors at each stage of product development.

These services are scalable and incremental. We are often first contracted by customers at the Phase one or research stage to perform simple commercial calibration service under the DQI Quality System. Then, as needed, eventually move to a self-contained site Metrology program including SOPs, Metrology database, and forms as appropriate for a GMP Phase Three or approved API manufacturing facility.
